Local Agenda At our annual meeting the following items were adopted: Study and support, of a well inter—grated and comprehensive plan for the C. and C. of Honolulu, including transportation and zoning. Continuing Responsibilities: Support of measures for improvement of waste disposal methods in C. and C. of Honolulu. Support of measures to insure a C. and C. jail which meets the standards of a modern correctional institution, and will provide adequate security, segregation and rehabilitation.
