Can you identify these characters and events in the continuing saga of City Hall?

  1. What Councilmember likened land or zoning "swaps" to player trades in football or baseball?

  2. What League observer got the secret word ahead of time from a Council-member about the "coup" on Feb. 25?

  3. An observer complained about the way the City panics over something and then drags on over a solution. What City official asked, "How do you panic a snail?"

  4. On dispersing subsidized housing throughout the island, what Council-member asked, "Does that mean no more subsidized housing in Rudy's district and more in Hiram's?" And who retorted, "Mine, too!"?

  5. From the Finance Ctte: How would buildings be built if they could only go as high as firefighting equipment?
