The Pearl Harbor Credit Union Vote Count is the only job where we have almost as many husbands as wives volunteering. Must be the good Chinese chow they always serve us after we're done! MYRNE BLOMQUIST and BARBARA JACOBSON report that 19 Leaguers and spouses generously gave 127 hours to earn $581.36!
In April we have the Mililani election and count and two biggies -- the Neighborhood Boards on the 21st and the Hotel Workers, Local 5, on the 24th. CAROL WHITESELL has her crew for Mililani but JERRY HESS AND MARY ELLEN REED will need all the volunteers they can get.
You can see by the budget report in this issue that vote counts are our largest income source (more than half of our dues go to National). Do call JERRY (293-8637) and MARY ELLEN (488-3865) or the office. WE NEED YOU.
