"Preschools and Prisons"

The provocative title of this noontime forum at Central Union Church on April 9 will be explained by Dr. Bill Perry, psychological consultant to the Family Court and to the Courts and Corrections dept. of the State Mental Health division. The subject concerns everyone's natural need for power and how violence can be the result of feeling powerless. Perry believes that "violence and communication are mutually exclusive." The forum is sponsored by the Community Health and Services Council.
