8/11 - Letter to Councilmember Akahane on discrepancies concerning LWV testimony in Council's "Highlights of Testimony on the Development Plans." Major points we'd made were omitted from the Highlights.

8/24 - Letter to Randy Moore of the Housing Coalition taking issue with statement in their newsletter that implied organizations like LWV are aligned against people who need housing.

9/3 - Letters to Congressmembers supporting extension of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and urging that they oppose weakening the Act.

9/18 - Letter to Councilmembers supporting intent of bill on reflective glass but pointing out a number of ambiguities in the text.

9/30 - Testimony in support of adoption of Development Plans without delay and urging concurrent adoption of interim development controls.
