President's Message

We are now on the "down-side" of League's program and fiscal year. That means it is time to assess the year's accomplishments and plan for the next. The Board has been aided by many of you this year. We thank you for being the arms and legs which helped in voter service, vote count or the multitude of jobs needed to administer the organization. And of course, those of you who are members of program study committees deserve the appreciation of all members; you are the heart and soul of League.

The Board has tried to respond to member's desires as events are planned. A re-institution of units is a demonstration. You, the member have missed them.

We trust you will respond to the two-unit opportunity and attend the one that is most convenient for you. A full house will show the Board that you want the discussion opportunities.

So put League on your calendar. Participate as much as you are able; it will help keep you abreast of League information, and it will let us know that our leadership efforts are of value.
