October 29 Did You Hear What I Said? Did I Say What You Heard?

Develop your Interpersonal and Intrapersonal listening skills. Although we spend more time listening than in reading, writing or speaking, how much training have you had in effective listening?

Do you understand that hearing and listening are not the same? Learn to identify the barriers to effective listening. Discover the different types of listening as well as the various levels of listening. Listening improves all relationships. Learn it, try it, you'll like it! Lynne Halevi, PhD, Halevi Assoc.
