Annual Meeting

The Outrigger Prince Kuhio Grand Ballroom on the 3rd Floor will be the site of our Annual Meeting. The hotel is located on the corner of Kuhio and Liliuokalani Streets.

The agenda beginning at 9:30am includes program For the year, treasurer's report, the budget For the coming year and the election of officers and directors. Among new business will be a discussion of the possibility of merging Honolulu and the State League. The Board considered the question after the question was brought up at the "Crossroads" meeting. We welcome your thoughts on this interesting concept.

After a lunch break at noon the afternoon program will feature 6 of our 9 Councilmembers who will address the question of "IF I were Mayor, what would be my highest priority? What would get my First attention?"

We expect a lively question and answer period after the Councilmembers' statements, so come prepared with questions.

All the councilmembers were invited to speak to us and positive responses were made by Gary Gill, Arnold Morgado, Steve Holmes, Rene Mansho, John DeSoto and John Henry Felix. Regrets From Leigh Wai Doo who has a Budget deadline to meet, Donna Mercado Kim who had scheduled a Disneyland for her son and Andy Mirikitani who did not elucidate his reason.
