Housing

Since affordable housing production depends on tax credits and special funds (% of conveyance tax), this session is all about hanging on to the little we have, with no hope for new initiatives. Even leveraging state funds to get larger federal grants seems beyond legislators’ vision. Unfortunately, it is just more of the same - balance the budget through the sacrifices of the poorest and most helpless members of the community. Alas.
