Pat Shutt. And she's the new LWV of Hawaii State President. If her name sounds familiar to some of you, it's because she's been a very active member since joining the League in 1966. For some of you newer members, her name may sound familiar because she was State President from 1975-77. Pat, who's also been active in a variety of community affairs, was recently appointed to the "Goals for Hawaii" committee and was one of the founders of Life of the Land. Along with member Muriel Roberts, Pat has also recently guided the League's Education Fund through a massive $100,000 Constitutional Convention project which sought public discussion on Con Con issues.
