Wanted: Oahu Representative for Comparable WorthAt urgent moments only, to attend and inform Debbie Kimball, State Board Citizens' Rights Chair, of Pay Equity Coalition meetings. The Coalition has conducted research on comparable worth and how it has been handled in other states and acts as a citizens' group to support the principle of comparable worth in Hawaii. They expect to be used as a resource for information and other forms of support during the upcoming "professional-level" pay-rate negotiations. As representative, you will be called on a maximum of four times over the next year.
