Chair Kim, Vice Chair Tsutsui and members of the Ways and Means Committee The League of Women Voters of Hawaii Supports HB 1504 The League State wide as well as nationally supports an economical delivery of health care, and supports a universal system of delivery of health care in our state. Cost is the greatest problem of our current health care “system. Combining spending out of a single fund, research shows not only saves money but can provide a more efficient payment system for the provider.
