The League stands in strong support of any cost effective and reasonable incentive that would retain and or encourage the practice of medicine in the State of Hawaii, which we know is experiencing an ongoing shortage of physicians to provide services in the emergency rooms throughout the state

The safety of our citizens and affordable access to health care is foremost to us. Therefore we would encourage any reasonable legislation that would support the provision of access to health care for all in our state
