From the President's Desk "I find my new job in the League very challenging I wish I knew more of our League members. Please come up and introduce yourselves! "Twenty-five members attended the special membership meeting on April 28th and nearly all participated in the discussion on the Charter. At a short Board meeting immediately following, the Board voted to continue to support the Charter as written and to urge the Governor to veto it if passed amended . At this writing final action has not been taken by the Legislature." Opal Sloane
