ConCon Suit Moves Ahead

On Nov. 4, Judge Arthur Fong ruled that all the plaintiffs had standing, and that the suit could be brought as a class action. He made two stipulations: that we notify the political parties of the suit; and that we place a notice in the newspapers as that ether interested persons might join the suit.
On Nov. 10, the Judge denied the Attorney General's motion to dismiss the case.
As you read this, the Judge may have made his decision: The hearing is set for the first week in December. Don't miss it! Call the League office for details.
