WOMEN'S GROUPS are joining together to organize "Network." Its purpose is to track legislation and keep each other informed on issues that affect women. SUSAN SANDERSON, newly rejoined member, will represent LWV at regular Network meetings and report back to us.

BARBARA FARWELL AND HODGES will represent LWV at the "Women's Solidarity" luncheon sponsored by the Honolulu Comsission on the Status of Women. It's a get-to-know-each-other meeting for mutual help and support.

FUNDING FOR DISPLACED HOMEMAKERS, the Kapiolani Hospital Rape Treatment Center, and Continuing Education for Women (CEW) at the UH are NOT part of the budget package this session. Tony Kunimura's Finance Ctte will be holding a hearing at the Capitol on the Status of Women Commission on Feb. 9, 3:30, rm 307.
