Pearl Chang Johnson was elected to a 2-year term as treasurer, and Astrid Monson and Julie Duldulao were elected to serve 2-year terms as directors at the Annual Meeting at the Outrigger Prince Kuhio on April 29.

President Suzanne Meisenzahl has appointed Cynthia Iannce-Spencer to the Board as chair of the Human Resources Committee and Pamela Christoffel as chair of the Education Committee. Reappointed were Arlene Ellis, Voter Service chair and Vote Count Coordinator, and Annie Kim, Membership chair.

The 1995-96 Honolulu Board of Directors are:

President: Suzanne Meisenzahl
Vice President: Jean Aoki
Secretary: Grace Furukawa
Treasurer: Pearl Chang Johnson

Directors: Pamela Christoffel, Julie Duldulao, Arlene Ellis, Cynthia Iannce-Spencer, Annie Kim, Nancy Marker, Astrid Monson, and Jacqueline Parnell.

A Honolulu Human Resources Committee was added to Honolulu's program to take action in cooperation with the State League committee. No new studies were adopted.
