State Board

JERRY HESS: Member LWV for 10 years in Rochester, N.Y., Newport Beach, Calif. & Hawaii. Been Voter Service chairman, Vice Pres., Organization chairman, Secretary Election Advisory Committee, Chairman Housing Board of Appeals, Gov. advisory committee on litter. Presently state President.

SUE FRANCIS: Member 4 years. LWV Education Comm., Editor, Leo Hana 2 years. Former High school German teacher at Radford. Presently V.P. with Human Resources portfolio.

LAURA GOO: Previous Board experience: Hon. Board as PR chairman and secretary serving under 3 Honolulu presidents and 2 State presidents. Hawaii Kai unit member since 1968.

ANNE MARIE DUCA: Former High school English teacher and Honolulu Voter editor. Member of Hawaii Kai unit now serving as Leo Hana editor.

BEVERLY ENDRIZAL: Finance committee and Vice President, Honolulu finance. Interested in Human Resources and works full time with her attorney husband.

ANNA HOOVER: Former Louisiana League member. Is active in Windward units, interested in Environmental Quality and energy.

CAROLINE INGERSOLL: Hawaii Kai unit member Former History & English teacher in Berkley, Cal. and Chicago suburb. Two years in League and a member of international Relations committee, now chairing Schools committee.

MARIAN WILKINS: Member of LWV for 10 years. Now representative Govt. Chairman. From Oregon and a graduate of U or Oregon in Romance Languages.
