Topic of Discussion is Topics Members of the League of Women Voters of Hawaii Education Fund agreed to give top priority to further education and information in Hawaii during their Annual Meeting. The Ed Fund's new directors were also elected during the meeting held on July 6 at the Waikiki Yacht Club. Ed Fund members concurred that the Fund should be used to generate projects for topics which have strong appeal, viable media dimension and are not being addressed by other groups or agencies. The new Ed Fund Directors elected at the annual meeting are: President Peter Herman, Vice President Evelyn Bender, Secretary Catherine Filson, and Treasurer Caroline Ingersol. One board member vacancy, representing the community, is still to be filled. This member will serve with Stuart G. Brown, Betty Vitousek and Gerald Sumida.
