Election Laws and Education Studies The State League has initiated two important studies on election laws and education to be conducted over the next two years. The Election Laws Study will be chaired by Marion Wilkins, while the other, dealing with Alternative and Vocational Education, will be co-chaired by Libby Oshiyama and Marion Saunders. The commitment of League members' time and energy represented by the undertaking of these two studies will be immense. For those of us who are unfamiliar with how a State study is done, following is a description of the duties of the State Study Committee and the Local League Committee.
