Call to Council - MAY 19-20Council this year will be on Kauai! Council is composed of the local League presidents, one delegate chosen by each local League, the state board, and a League representative from LWVHI Ed. Fund. Council gives guidance to the state board on program, methods of work, and budget. Council adopts a budget and other business as presented by the board. More information will be forthcoming. Contact your local League president if you would like to be a delegate. Visitors are welcome!
