The morning session will be devoted to business. Following the speaker's presentation, there will be a round table discussion focusing on voter service.
 Held every two years (on off-convention years), the council gives guidance to the state board on program, methods of work, and budget as submitted by the state board. Council participants are the presidents of the local leagues, one delegate chosen by each local league, and the state board.
All members are welcome to attend and to take part in the meeting. The cost is $15 including lunch, parking supplement and council booklet.
