The League of Women Voters of Hawaii doesn't know whether an officer really needs anyone's health statistics when conducting a criminal investigation. In the event that this committee feels that such access is necessary, we would feel more comfortable if another requirement were a signed statement by the officer's superior attesting to the need for such access.
