Martha Black DiesMartha Black, a longtime League member, died on January 26, at the age of 93. Although active in women's rights, open government, and a number of other issues, water usage and rights were the major issues of concern to Martha and over the years she worked tirelessly on them. She was a loyal and active Leaguer and will be missed. A memorial service was held for Martha at One Kalakaua on Sunday, March 12.
