Representative Government - Annual ReportOur big project this year was the Right of Privacy round of units in the fall. The tape and background material for discussion are available at the League office for any group interested in the topic. The only national program item we did anything on was the Washington D.C. issue. Our congressional delegation is 100% in favor of self-government for D.C. and voting representation in Congress for the District. This year there may be some action about Congressional Reform. A committee should be formed and keep themselves informed on the topics in this portfolio. Barbara Nobriga |
